Are you passionate about Yoga with a burning desire to share the benefits you have received from your Yoga practice but don't know where to start? Well, look no further.

Our Basic Yoga Teacher Training Course is a comprehensive introduction to the art and science of conducting a Yoga class. Our program is distinctive in the amount of time devoted to introducing to you the fundamentals of conducting a Yoga class in a way that is engaging and beneficial to both your practice and your students’ development. 

In our Basic Yoga Teacher Training program, you will learn the techniques of practice, teaching and adjusting postures and breath. Yoga anatomy, classroom safety and sequencing as well as the use of music and text will help to prepare you for real classroom situations. 

You will be expected to complete reading and independent study assignments to begin the process of understanding the philosophy and literature of Yoga and how it can be applied to living and teaching in our modern society. 

Developing a strong and consistent personal practice will be emphasized as the basis for beginning to instruct others. Upon graduation of this program, you will feel confident to begin teaching at a basic level.

Yoga Theory Book.jpgThe course will prepare you in both the Theoretical and Practical aspects of being a Yoga Instructor. You will be provided with a comprehensive course booklet that provides you with an overview of the basic theory and principles of Yoga, written by Yoga Master Yinuo, a Yoga instructor that has gone through rigorous Yoga training all around the world, with years of experience in conducting Yoga Teacher Training under Yoga Alliance.

Part 3: Field Training
In the final part, you get to attend various Yoga classes to observe how a Yoga class is taught by professional Yoga instructors, and learn from their teaching styles and techniques. This part will be valuable for you to find your own teaching styles. You may also be given a chance to teach a small class as part of your final assessment.
